great stay but check-in could improve

The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive, making us feel welcome from the start. The location was ideal, surrounded by plenty of shops and cafes, with a lovely city view that added to the charm of our stay. Enjoying free coffee and tea throughout the day was a delightful perk that made our experience even better.

check-in process involves an inconvenient walk, the street outside has a strong urine odor, room maintenance needs attention with blocked air conditioning!!!

Great location with special touches

The staff's hospitality was fantastic! I especially loved the free coffee, cookies, and the lobby's welcoming vibe. My room had a beautiful balcony and was very clean.

However, the check-in process was a bit confusing, as it required walking to another building, and there was some noise from housekeepers in the mornings.

The location was so great—right near everything! 👍 Rooms were clean and cozy, but the check-in logistics were a hassle since it’s not on-site. Would've loved some air conditioning too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!
